OUR HEADDRESSES, HATS AND JEWELERY:
All the headdresses for sale are models available for immediate shipment within 48 hours.
Each of our pieces is made by hand and if it is not available at the moment, you can choose "Preorder" option with the minimum time of 15 days of elaboration always counting from receive the order and payment.
* Only for some headdresses and hats we need to know the size of the person.
PRICE AND TAXES:
Prices include VAT, customs and tax costs will be borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs in the EU will be € 25.
Shipping costs for the rest of the world will be from € 35.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment will be made through the website or Paypal platform.

SHIPPING:
For shipments within the EU, the estimated delivery time is 7 working days.
For international shipments the term will be 12 working days *

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We remind you that all our products are handmade and You can customize all the products in our store.
But once the shipment is made, we will accept only returns of parts damaged during the journey. Sending the photos to our email in the first 15 days from the day of the Shipping.
You must save the original packaging and send it to us.
WHOLESALE:
We are small company, but we also adapt to larger orders for Haute Couture stores and Ateliers.
